Return & Refund Policy for VGKeys

At VGKeys (operated by Soraft Ltd), we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. We understand that issues can arise, and this policy outlines the conditions under which a return, replacement, or refund will be processed for the digital products we sell.
Due to the digital nature of our products (software activation keys), our policy is necessarily strict. Once a key is delivered and revealed, it is considered “used.”
2. Conditions for a Refund or Replacement
We will consider a request for a refund or replacement only under the following specific conditions:
- The product key is invalid or has been previously used. You must provide a screenshot of the error message from the official software platform (e.g., Microsoft’s activation window) as proof.
- You received the incorrect product. For example, you ordered a key for Product A but received a key for Product B.
- A duplicate order was made due to a verifiable technical glitch during the checkout process.
A refund or replacement request will NOT be accepted for reasons such as:
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake (e.g., a key for the wrong software version or platform).
- Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the software.
- You have changed your mind after the purchase.
- You have already redeemed the product key.
3. The Refund and Replacement Process
To request a refund or replacement, you must follow these steps:
- Contact Us: You must contact our customer support team via email at [Your Support Email, e.g., support@vgkeys.com] within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
- Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear evidence of the issue (e.g., a screenshot of the invalid key error).
- Verification: Upon receiving your request, we will launch an investigation. This process includes verifying that the product key has not been redeemed. This verification can take up to 24-48 hours.
4. Processing a Refund
If your request is approved after our verification process:
- Replacement: Our primary course of action will be to provide you with a new, working replacement key for the same product.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible or you do not wish to receive one, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed on our end.
