Welcome to VGKeys. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VGKeys website (the “Site”) and the services and products offered herein.
The Site is owned and operated by Soraft Ltd (United Kingdom) and its official Pakistan-based partner Growing Social (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our Site and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. Definitions
- Account: User account you create to purchase products.
- Product: Digital product keys for software (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office) sold on the Site.
- Customer / You / Your: Individual or entity using our Site and purchasing Products.
3. User Account
- You may need an account to purchase Products.
- Keep your account and password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information; failure may result in suspension or termination.
4. Orders, Payment, and Pricing
- Placing an Order: Ordering a Product is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Pricing: Prices may change without notice. Final price is the one charged at payment.
- Payment Methods:

- PayPal (verified accounts)
- Bank Alfalah Payment Gateway (local Pakistani cards/banks)
All payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card, PayPal, or banking details.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email once your payment and order are successfully processed.
5. Product Delivery
- All Products are digital. Product keys are delivered electronically to your account email immediately after payment.
- We are not responsible for keys sent to incorrect or misspelled emails.
6. Refunds and Returns Policy
- All digital product sales are final.
- Refunds are only considered if:
- The product key is invalid or already used.
- The key has not been revealed or viewed on our platform.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days with proof (e.g., screenshot of activation error).
- A working replacement key may be provided before issuing a refund.
- Refunds are not available for compatibility issues or accidental purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
- All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned or licensed by Soraft Ltd.
- Third-party trademarks (e.g., Microsoft, Windows, Office) remain property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Soraft Ltd and Growing Social are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Bugs, viruses, or technical issues
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product(s).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- For customers in Pakistan, relevant local laws may also apply.
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local law in Pakistan requires otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
